We do not accept any returns or exchanges on our products. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and keep the prices fair, all items are ‘’FINAL SALE’’.
All products are put through stringent quality checks before being sent out to you to ensure that you enjoy wearing your stunning purchase hassle free!
However, ONLY in the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, please contact us at (email@example.com) within 24 HOURS of receiving your order and we will ship out another piece of the same item.
1. Items that you return should not be used, altered/tampered or soiled
2. All original packing, labels, tags, jewelry care cards etc. should be intact
3. We will schedule a pick up from the delivery address
4. Once the product has been received and checked by our team, we will contact you to dispatch the replacement.
All Handcrafted jewellery has minor irregularities which add to the overall uniqueness of the piece. Please allow for these slight variation as no two pieces of handmade jewellery can be identical.
We have made every possible effort to accurately display colors as they appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee display of any colors to be completely accurate as seen by you on your monitor screen
